A luxurious apartment in a brand new building The Marina, neighboring Barceloneta, the barrio Borne in the Old City and the beaches are all just minutes away by foot. This luxurious 1-bedroom apartment of 60m2 will host up to 2 guests but is perfect for a couple. There is one bedroom with a double bed, a modern bathroom. There is a sofa in the living room. The whole apartment is well-illuminated and ventilated but also has central air-conditioning. Very comfortable living room, central air-conditioning, new modern iconic building. A very bright and well-equipped kitchen allows you to feel completely at home. Location The apartment is located in the Port Vell neighborhood, the seaside area of the city. It’s also very close to El Born, a hip area full of little restaurants, designer stores, and old city landmarks such as The Cathedral of Santa Caterina del Mar. Public transport connections are excellent, with the Barceloneta METRO station at your front door. The Estació de França, with connections to other parts of Catalunya, France, Switzerland, and Italy, is also very close by. From the apartment you can easily walk to the main city beaches; Barceloneta and Bogatell, or you can jump on the metro yellow line that takes you out, roughly one-stop for every beach. RENTAL CONDITION: 1 - We use the bi-weekly/ fortnightly contract: What does this mean? If you want to move in the first part of the month (1 to 14), you will pay the entire monthly rent; If you want to move in the second part of the month (15 to 31), you will pay only half a month rent; If you want to check-out in the first part of the month (1 -14) you will only pay half of the month; If you want to check out in the second part of the month (15 -31) you will only pay the entire monthly rent; 2 - Check-in service is for free during working hours: from 9 to 18 from Monday to Friday. Check-in outside working hours would be only possible depending on our availability and you will be charged 103€ VAT inc for the service. Please inform us in advance in case of check-in outside working-hours requests. 3 - Agency fee to be paid only once: one monthly rent + VAT / Rental from 12 months and more will pay 10% of the annual contract 4 - Deposit: 2 monthly rent 5 - Utilities: a fixed rate of € 80 per month per person and a minimum of € 110 per apartment. 6- Administrative cost for contract 170.00€ + VAT 7- Final Cleaning Fee: 130€ + VAT Internet: No internet After your reservation will be confirmed, you will receive the official booking confirmation from us along with the contract and 2 invoices to be paid in the next 7 days, in the arrival date is sooner, then the quotes must be paid immediately
