Accommodation only for students between 20 and 35 years old. Valid periods of stay (full months): - First semester (until February) - Second semester (until July) - Full school year (September to July) - Summer (July and/or August) Utilities (60 €/month) and weekly cleaning (obligatory) of private and common areas (70 €/month) not included in the price. Private room with single bed (90 cm wide). Fully furnished, it offers air conditioning (hot and cold), ample storage space, high speed wifi and a large desk to study comfortably. Bed linen and towels are included. The apartment has 3 bathrooms with shower to share, in addition to being fully equipped with TV, fridge, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and iron, designed to meet all your needs. In addition to this, our student service is available in several languages, 24 hours a day.
