The apartment has a large bedroom with a double bed of 1.50 x 2.00 and a complete en-suite bathroom with shower. The building has a community pool open from March to November for the exclusive use of guests. In addition, the building has a private garage with capacity for one car per apartment. The Arruzafa area is an exclusive residential area of ​​Cordoba, where we find a wide variety of restaurants, supermarkets and leisure areas. The historic center of Cordoba is only 2 km away, and can be easily reached by public transport since there is a bus stop very close to the apartment. \*\* For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses\*\*. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
