The kitchen, integrated into the living room, has all the appliances and kitchenware necessary for a comfortable and long stay. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with 4 bunk beds; 2 of them are foldable and give way to a large desk. All beds have 28cm memory foam mattresses. The apartment has 2 modern and comfortable bathrooms (one en suite), both with a large thermostatically controlled shower, 500 litres of hot water and an electric towel rack. The apartment has fibre optic internet and air conditioning in all rooms. Transport: Metro: in front of Ventas station (50m) – (line 2 and 5) Public parking: 150m (c/.
