Located in one of the most dynamic and emblematic areas of Madrid, you will be just a 4-minute walk from the Lavapiés metro station (Line 3) , allowing you to easily move around the center and reach any corner of the city. ADMINISTRATION FEE (mandatory and not refundable) The administration fee depends on the duration of the contract: - From 6 to 11 months: 1 month’s rent +VAT \[21% in Spain\] - From 3 to 6 months: 80% of 1 month’s rent +VAT \[21% in Spain\]. - From 1 to 3 months: 70% of 1 month’s rent +VAT \[21% in Spain\]. LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in) BOOKING PROCESS: After the reservation is confirmed, you will be required to pay the remaining payments before the handover of the keys.
