The kitchen has a very comfortable layout for day-to-day living and is fully equipped with large and small appliances as well as a variety of kitchenware. The bedroom, a peaceful and comfortable space, has a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and its bathroom is located opposite. Communication with the rest of the city is very easy thanks to the metro stations Ópera, Sol and La Latina, as well as the numerous bus lines that run through the surrounding streets.
