Located just a few streets from the Burjassot University Campus, our shared apartment offers fully equipped rooms designed to help you live comfortably while fostering a sense of community. The monthly rent includes all expenses such as cleaning service, maintenance, utilities (gas, water, electricity), and high-speed WiFi. The apartment features a dining room with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, single-bed rooms, and abundant natural light. We strive to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere among tenants, ensuring you feel at home. To join, a minimum stay of three months is required, along with a one-month deposit, the first month’s rent (or a proportional amount), and the last month of the contract. ARRIVAL SCHEDULE Monday to Friday -From 15:00 to 18:00 → No additional cost. -From 18:00 to 20:00 → Subject to staff availability and with a cost of 30€. -After 20:00 → Must be coordinated in advance and has a cost of 50€. Saturday -From 11:00 to 13:00 → No additional cost. -Outside these hours → Must be previously coordinated, and has a cost of 30€. Sunday Must be arranged in advance IMPORTANT -A person will be sent to deliver the keys. -Once the arrival time is agreed, there will be a maximum waiting time of 30 minutes. -If you can not arrive at the scheduled time, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance.
