It is a magnificent apartment located on the third floor of an exclusive building with a 24-hour concierge, located on San Pablo street, on the corner of Plaza de la Magdalena. Upon entering there is a hall, which divides the apartment into two areas in different levels divided by several steps. In the area on the left is the living room, furnished with high quality design furniture, leading to a large window overlooking the city center. In addition, the sofa in the living room is a double sofa-bed of 1.40 x 2.00m. From the living room there is access to a small terrace with outdoor furniture. From this terrace we can access to one of the bedrooms with two 0.90 x 2.00m beds, they also have views of the city and are equipped with plasma TV and ensuite bathroom. The area on the right side is located independent and fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need. On the other side is located the other bedroom with a double bed of 1.50 x 2.00m and a separate bathroom. The area of San Pablo Street and Plaza de la Magdalena, is considered the central point of the city. It is a very exclusive area where the best shops, the best brands, supermarkets, other small shops are located, and of course an endless number of bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the best gastronomy. In addition, the apartment is within walking distance of the Cathedral, the Alcazar, the Giralda, the Town Hall, etc., and in general all the places of tourist and cultural interest in Seville. The booking of each (hidden) accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or (hidden), and you can contract or refuse them.
