It has a single bed with a comfortable mattress, a big closet to organise all your clothes and a working area. The room has central heating system for the colder nights of the winter. It also has a window facing an inner patio, what makes a very silent room. It has a shared bathroom with the room 2 so you will only share the bathroom with one person. THE LIVING PLACE: It is a 3 room rental, super well equipped. We can find a completely equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, complete blender and all utensils for cooking and eating. It also has a double door fridge and a washing/dryer machine. This Coliving Apartment in Barcelona has AACC in the living room for everyone to use it. Also, it has central heating system in all the rooms. Besides the Living room, we can find the suite room of this apartment, very big and bright with natural light, adapted for couples and with a private bathroom. All the payments will be automatically deducted from the chosen card during your stay. 📅 ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES PRICE POLICY ➡ If you arrive: - Between the 1st and 10th days of each month, you will need to pay the entire month. - Between the 11th and the 20th day of each month, we will discount 20% of your rent for the first month. - The 21st or later, you will pay per day. The price per night is 35€/single room and 50€/2people occupancy. ⬅ If you leave: - Between the 1st and 9th days of each month, you will pay per day. The price per night is 35€/single room and 50€/2people occupancy. - Between the 10th and the 19th day of each month, we will discount you 20% of your rent for the last month. - The 20th or later, you will need to pay for the entire month. 🕑 CHECK-IN POLICY: Here you have all the available check-in options: - Working days Monday to Friday from 09.00h to 19.00h at your new apartment with no charge. - Weekends & Festivity days from 09.00h to 21.00h or Working days from 19.00h to 20.00h directly at your new apartment per 50€ extra fee.
