Ideal for couples or a single person, the studio is fully equipped and ready to move in. It is located on a first floor. The property is in a very quiet street, it is in an excellent location. Very centric, next to paral-lel metro station, this allows an easy access to the different points of the city and to the public transport, restaurants and shops. RENTAL CONDITION: 1 - We use the bi-weekly/ fortnightly contract: What does this mean? If you want to move-in the first part of the month (1 to 14), you will pay the entire monthly rent; If you want to move-in the second part of the month (15 to 31), you will pay only half month rent; If you want to check-out in the first part of the month (1 -14) you will only pay half of the month; If you want to check-out in the second part of the month (15 -31) you will only pay the entire monthly rent; 2 - Check-in service is for free during working hours: from 9 to 18 from Monday to Friday. Check-in outside working hours would be only possible depending on our availability and you will be charged 70 euro + IVA for the service.
