Fantastic town house, partially reformed, in a wonderful part of the historic Old Town of Caudete, just a couple of minutes walk in the narrow cobbled streets from shops and bars.

The property has a wide entrance leading into a sitting area, a lounge and two good sized bedrooms. Following you can find the independent kitchen with fireplace and aside the family bathroom. From the kitchen you can exit to the traditional patio with a laundry, and two store rooms (they can be eliminated having a little pool or a garden).
