Great house located in the Natural Park of Cabo de Gata, Níjar.- Las Negras.
The house has an entrance that leads to a cozy porch, ideal for summer nights. On the ground floor we find a very bright living room, a small pantry, a kitchen that communicates with the living room and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms facing south and another facing north. Outside the house there is a large patio with a cistern that gives a wonderful mountain landscape well known in the area, San Pedro mountain. It also has a large plot.
